We do not guarantee that the appearance of any product on your device will exactly match the product you receive.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AIRGLIDE reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it.
Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests once the order has been placed or processed.
If we do not accept an order, or need to modify or cancel one, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our store are for personal or household use only and not for resale, redistribution, or export unless we have given prior written approval.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, supply disruptions, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for the products pass to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
AIRGLIDE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier after dispatch. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first contact your local postal service or delivery provider, as they may be holding it.

All content included in the Services — trademarks, branding, logos, text, graphics, product images, videos, audio, layouts, designs, and overall presentation — is owned by AIRGLIDE, our licensors, affiliates, or content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AIRGLIDE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with AIRGLIDE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AIRGLIDE, including any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from purchased products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with AIRGLIDE.
