Australia: Usually a few business days once dispatched.

International (US / EU / etc): It can take longer due to customs and flight handoff. After we hand it to the carrier, scans may pause until it lands in your country, that doesn’t mean it’s lost.

We ship with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in ~10 days, contact us and include your order number.

This is normal with international. The package leaves Australia, gets handed to the air carrier, and then you won’t see new scans until it hits the destination country customs.

If it’s been scanned as “handed to air carrier / departed” it’s on the way. You’ll get a new scan once it clears customs near you.

Yes, we ship internationally. Import taxes / duties are handled by your country and aren’t included in our price.

If you reject customs payment and the item returns to us, we can only refund once/if it arrives back in sellable condition.

Orders / Returns / Refunds

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address, merge duplicates, or cancel an extra order.

Contact us ASAP with your order number. Once the label is created and it’s handed off, we can’t edit it.

We handle returns case by case. Because a mousepad is performance gear, it has to come back in resellable condition (no damage, no heavy use).

If you opened a return by mistake and want to cancel it, just let us know, we’ve had people do that and it’s fine.

If your bank pulls the money back with a dispute, they’re basically saying “this purchase might be fraud.”

When that happens we usually have to pause support on that order (including warranty / replacements) until it’s resolved, because the payment is no longer cleared to us.

If it was accidental (ex: mass fraud check on your account), just message us so we can note it and not blacklist you. We’re reasonable.

Product / Materials / Care

Our glass pads use aluminosilicate glass, paired with a tuned glide surface that’s micro-etched for speed + control balance.

Bottom side sits on a silicone base for grip, so it doesn’t drift on desk.

Edges are curved / beveled for comfort.

The artwork sits under the glass, not on top, so no.

  • Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.
  • Light water / gentle glass cleaner is fine. Dry fully before use.
  • Avoid gritty cloths that can scratch the finish.
Cloth pads
  • Not in a machine, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth, preferably in a bath tub. Avoid scrubbing the rubber bottom, then leave it out to air dry, rolled up in a towel.

Yes. We release limited edition products and keep improving materials and print quality every time. All limited edition designs never come back.
