Refund policy
At AIRGLIDE, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Important:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items returned without approval may not be accepted
- Refusing delivery is not considered a valid return
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your package appears tampered with
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Glass Mousepad Notice
Glass mousepads must be inspected upon delivery.
Due to the nature of glass:
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, misuse, improper handling) is not covered
- Returns after 14 days are not accepted unless the item is defective
Return Conditions
All returns must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Free from damage, marks, or alterations
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Giveaway or competition items
- Second-hand or resold items
Limited Drops & Special Releases
For limited edition products:
- Orders may be limited to one per customer
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to limited stock allocation
Free Shipping Orders
If your order included free shipping, and you choose to return it:
- A minimum return fee of $30 AUD may be deducted from your refund to cover original shipping costs
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
- Return your original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified if your refund is approved
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted
- Banks may take additional time to process refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
International Orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on location
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
