Shipping Policy

At AIRGLIDE, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably.

Please review the details below before placing your order.


All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship from Australia using Australia Post and partner carriers.

🇦🇺 Domestic (Australia)

  • Standard tracked shipping via Australia Post
  • Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on location

🌍 International

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability depends on carrier restrictions, international regulations, and current service availability. If we are unable to ship to your location, this will be shown at checkout.

We do not ship to
  • Military bases
  • Certain remote or restricted regions
  • Locations unavailable through our shipping carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary:

  • Australia: 6–10 business days
  • International: 8–21+ business days depending on destination

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Incorrect shipping details

AIRGLIDE is not responsible for delays once your order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes (including VAT)
  • Customs fees
Important

These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. AIRGLIDE is not responsible for these fees.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If:

  • An incorrect address is provided
  • A package is returned to us
  • Delivery fails due to customer error

You may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have the order re-sent.

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, AIRGLIDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please:

  1. Check with your local post office or courier
  2. Check with neighbours or household members

In many cases, packages are held at local delivery centres. We are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for delivery issues once marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy: view our Refund Policy.

For limited edition or exclusive product drops:

  • Orders may be limited to one per customer
  • Orders may not be cancelled once placed due to limited stock allocation
