If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it. In most cases, your local post office or delivery provider may still have your package.

Product / Care

Alumino-silicate glass with a micro-patterned surface for balanced speed. Silicone base for grip.

No, both won’t fade.

Glass: The artwork is printed beneath the glass, fully protected from wear.

Cloth: The design is permanently embedded into the surface and won’t fade with normal use.

Glass: Lightly spray with water (or a small amount of glass cleaner) and wipe with a microfiber cloth, then leave to air dry.

Cloth (polyester): Rinse in a shower or bathtub with lukewarm water, gently wipe if needed, then air dry. You can roll it in a towel to remove excess water, do not machine wash or tumble dry.
